The great news. The reason to have a big smile on our faces. Because this is a jump to a joyous, prosperous, vibrant future.

Does taking The JUMP mean we have to give up everything that makes life good? Go back to living in caves? No! For two reasons:

BALANCE NOT ABSTINeNCE

Firstly because Taking the Jump doesn't mean giving everything up. We can still fly to every continent in our lifetime. It's just getting a balance.

But secondly, and more importantly…

LESS STUFF MORE JOY

A world that is focused on more than just producing and consuming things would actually be better.

Sure, consuming makes us feel good for a moment, we get our endorphin hit when we click buy on our phones, But what about all the other things that make life good? Like..

By Taking the Jump and consuming less we make space for all these other things. People who’re ‘taking the JUMP’ have been experimenting with this. For instance community groups taking the jump have had public fairs bringing together the local community, with kids workshops, street dances, comedy shows, music performances and music.

Much more like this is happening about the UK and much more coming soon. In fact we’ve got a whole comedy month coming up working with some big name comedians and content creators to explore climate action by ‘tickling rather than terrifying’ people.

THROW A BETTER PARTY
